I thought it would be a fun play on words for this ocean theme card. I created an aquatic experience by having the adorable little "Sea Friends" stamps by Denami behind a "glass" window, giving the effect of being at an aquarium.
I added blue glitter and sequins to portray the ocean water and diecut the letters with a Lawn Fawn alpha die. The paper I used is by Kaisercraft, and the embossing was done with a Stampin' Up Swiss Dots folder.
